Saunier Duval drops out of Tour de Georgia

According to cyclingnews.com, Saunier Duval has withdrawn from the Tour de Georgia, citing a spate of injuries.
Could this mean that Rock Racing, which has sued to get into the race, will be on the starting line on Monday?
