Bernhard Kohl fingers clinic and manager, report says

Former Gerolsteiner cyclist Bernhard Kohl, the King of the Mountains last year at the Tour de France, has admitted to blood-doping and using CERA, and has publicly named the clinic and his former manager for their roles in helping him dope, according to an Agence France Presse report on velonews.com.
