Devolder wins Flanders again; Hincapie crashes

Crazy Stijn Devolder of QuickStep won the Ronde van Vlaanderen — aka the Tour of Flanders — for the second straight year, soloing away from the elite breakaway group with 1 kilometer to go.
American Big George Hincapie crashed in the final 200 meters in a desperate quest to finish on the podium, according to published reports. Hincapie got tangled up with Thor Hushovd of Cervelo TestTeam, who had helped launch Heinrich Haussler to a second-place finish.
