The USO at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport received a face lift, and today the renovations were unveiled to the public. The USO, near baggage claim in the Main Terminal,  is a stop over point for members of the military and their families. They can eat there and hang out. The new USO has a larger sleeping room with beds, a high tech cyber cafe, a new gaming area, a larger media room, and a remodeled dining area and nursery. The Marc Bulger Foundation and 97.1 FM Talk radio personality Dave Glover raised $300,000 for the work. Bulger, the St. Louis Rams quarterback, gave $150,000 of his own toward the project.

Good job gentleman. Thank you to all who gave generously and especially Marc Bulger.

I hate when you see an error just as you hit submit and can’t go back and correct it.

Good job, gentleMEN.

The USO there is great and I am glad that Marc Bulger was one of the heross behind supporting our heroes! I started volunteering there back in the late 1980s. I think they have “renovated” 3-4 times since then. Each time with wonderful improvements.
