Big Bend overpass is open

The Big Bend Boulevard bridge over Highway 40 opened a short time ago.

MoDOT and St. Louis County hosted a ribbon cutting event earlier today, but had to wait for St. Louis County crews to restripe the pavement.

Richmond Heights to remove some restrictions
