Lindbergh tunnel will close, but it’s only a drill

The Lindbergh Boulevard tunnel near Lambert-St. Louis International Airport will close at 8 a.m. Saturday for an emergency response drill inside the tunnel.
The closure will take place in conjunction with a mock emergency disaster drill being staged the airport. The tunnel will reopen mid-afternoon Saturday. During the closure, Lindbergh will not carry traffic between Natural Bridge Road and Missouri Bottom Road.
Drivers can use Interstate 70 south of Lindbergh Boulevard, Natural Bridge Road, Interstate 270 and McDonnell Boulevard as detours
