Highway 40 survey

Uhhh.. The link is dead. But here’s my own survey question:
If you are a driver affected by the shutdown, how well did MODOT and Richmond Heights COORDINATE to handle detour traffic?
If your answer is the same as mine, I think the state should intervene to prevent Richmond Heights from shutting down every single street with a bridge or underpass.
