Hanley about to reopen; RH traffic restrictions remain

The ribbon has been cut to reopen the Hanley Road overpass at Highway 40 (Interstate 64). By evening rush hour, it will be open to traffic.
But traffic restrictions on some residential streets in Richmond Heights will remain, at least for now, city spokeswoman Irene Johnson said. “We’ll leave them in place for a week or so to see how traffic patterns are impacted,” she said.
