The message “Out 4 blood” on a steel reinforcement beam along Highway 40 in St. Louis will take some time to remove. The message is more visible from Grand, but drivers on eastbound Highway 40 reportedly can see it too. Missouri Department of Transportation first will try removing it with a high pressure water spray. If that doesn’t work, they’ll paint over it, said Denis Bigley, MoDOT’s district maintenance engineer in St. Louis.
