The Missouri Department of Transportation and Gateway Constructors have invited everyone in the region to attend the Highway 40 party this Sunday. Now they’re trying to figure out how many people to expect. They’re particularly curious about the ribbon cutting ceremony, which starts at 2:30 between Brentwood Boulevard and McCutcheon Road.
