Oakland Ave. bridge closed at 40

The Oakland Avenue bridge over Highway 40 in Dogtown is now closed. A resident over there tells me that traffic is pretty bad. If you’re headed to Dogtown, or if you’re getting ready to leave Dogtown, be warned.
