Hanley to reopen July 31

Hanley Road will reopen at Highway 40 before the evening commute on Friday, July 31.

Missouri Department of Transportation spokeswoman Linda Wilson said the Hanley bridge - which carries two lanes in each direction - is reopening a month ahead of schedule.
