Memorial Drive reopens
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
Crews have fixed the ruptured water main that forced the closing of Memorial Drive at Washington Avenue Tuesday. The street is open again.
Tuesday afternoon, a car on Memorial struck a fire hydrant, breaking a 12-inch water main.
