Metro has posted on its website which routes will return/be created/get more buses later this summer when the transit agency begins spending $12 million in stimulus funds. Missouri legislators approved the funding last month. The bill awaits Gov. Jay Nixon’s signature.

On Friday, Metro officials revised their service restoration plan. The money will allow the transit agency to bring back about a third of the bus and Call-A-Ride service it cut in March. Click here to see the plan.

Will PD be interested in publishing pictures of empty buses once they hit the streets of West County? I’m compiling a huge photo album.
