MetroLink parking, train schedule
Baseball fans planning to take MetroLink downtown today to All-Star Game festivities might have trouble parking. But they shouldn’t have trouble getting a train home.
As of 2:30 p.m., several MetroLink parking lots — at the Delmar, North Hanley, Forest Park, Shrewsbury, Belleville and Fairview Heights stations – have no more spots left, Metro spokeswoman Dianne Williams said. “Parking lots are filling up,” she said. The Brentwood parking garage near Hanley and Eager roads has about 350 spaces left, and there’s room still at these station lots: University of Missouri-St. Louis, Rock Road, Wellston, East St. Louis, East Riverfront, Fifth and Missouri, Washington Park and Shiloh-Scott.
Trains will be running every 15 minutes until 11 p.m. After that, they’ll run every 20 to 30 minutes until about midnight. However, if the All-Star Game runs past midnight, trains will continue running until the stadium is cleared, Williams said.

Yesterday when I arrived back at the Shrewsbury station at 4:40 pm the signs were out stating “lot full” but they weren’t! Pull in and you will find a spot!
I would think as commuters head home spots will open up as well.
