Two more 40 overpasses

Two Richmond Heights overpasses that were torn down along Highway 40 last August are about rebuilt and ready to open. Bridges carrying Highland Terrace and Boland Place should reopen by May 23 and May 30, according to Gateway Constructors. If we get dry weather over the next two weeks, they could each open a week earlier. The forecast indicates this is unlikely.
