Another new 40 bridge

The new Boland Place overpass along Highway 40 opened to traffic today, nearly 10 months after the old one came down. The sidewalks should open tomorrow.
Based on my count, this is the sixth to be rebuilt so far in the New I-64 project. Others are at McKnight Road, Tamm Avenue, Bellevue Avenue, Highland Terrace and the Kingshighway bridge over Clayton Avenue. The Kingshighway overpass should be complete in September. Boland Place is in Richmond Heights.
All I ever see posted in this blog are by the reporters…does anyone really care about this stuff?!
