KANSAS CITY – The players are back on the field, and kickoff is set for about 7:30. The skies are still filled with clouds, though. Halftime will be cut to 8 minutes (normally 12).
These players are not suited up: S Oshiomogho (hamstring), RB Brian Leonard (shoulder), CB Fakhir Brown (shoulder), RB Steven Jackson (holdout), LB Will Witherspoon (shoulder), C Brett Romberg (hand), tackle Orlando Pace (shoulder), WR/KR Dante Hall (ankle) and WR Drew Bennett (groin).
Coach Scott Linehan planned to keep all his starters on the bench.
