The Seahawks faithful are shaken by their outfit’s 0-2 start. Here’s how Seattle Times columnist Jerry Brewer sized up the Hawks’ situation heading into the game:

“Win in, and the Seahawks will still have a tough trek ahead, but starting receivers Deion Branch and Bobby Engram should be healthy enough to assist the rest of the way.

“Lose it, and the Hawks fall to 0-3, including consecutive losses to NFC West foes. They would be lower than the Rams, whose owner hinted last week that one more bad game could lead to mass firings.

“No way the Seahawks lose this game.

“Right?”
