So far, lineups are intact

On Monday, coach Scott Linehan indicated that personnel changes were likely among his starters after the ugly 0-2 start. But as of Wednesday afternoon, none had been made.

In the first practice since Sunday’s 41-13 loss to the Giants, the first units on offense and defense remained intact. Adam Goldberg was still at left guard, in place of Jacob Bell (hamstring), and James Hall was at defensive end, with Leonard Little (hamstring) doing some scout team work.

Running back Brian Leonard (shoulder) got in some reps with the first team, as did rookie wideout Donnie Avery.

All for now . . . more after we talk with Linehan.

Is there ANY WAY in the world that we can be assured that Skip Rosenblum actually READS Bryan Burwell’s article???
As for B.B.’s assertion that John Shaw is busying himself with Estate Planning , I hope Mr. Shaw isn’t working on behalf of the Rosenblum estate. After the fire sale Joe Robbie’s family was forced to incur , I hope the Rosenblum’s were smart enough to have had all their ducks in a row financially speaking. Of course , if Mr. Shaw paid the level of attention to their Estate as he’s paid to their football franchise, they are undoubtedly in B I G trouble. What a colossal mess. Great work , Bryan !!

burwell’s article , was the stupidest crap I have read all year, and he just made up the stuff about the people that said the Rams are the worst in the nfl, we we’re 3 and 13 because our guys we’re hurt , you bunch of crying fair weather fans, I am a RAms fan and still am after they had two bad weeks, the offense is totally different than last year , I wish some realRams fans would answer more of this negative crap ,so everyone dosn’t think this crap spewing minority is speaking for us real rams fans , shaw and zygmant are the same one’s that put the team together that won in 99 and went to another super bowl, if any one thinks st louis fans are still the best , we are so spoiled by success and negative, we we’re going that way but now, we’re negative before we even play , we’re already negative about the cardinals for next year and what the management won’t do. I know alot of good fans are the silent majority and if you guys don’t speak up in support , brian ,brenie and there clones are gonns run the Rams out of town, If this team did everything they say they would still be negative complainers . we the real fans have to change this culture , I know you have jobs and these guys live in there moms basements, but please take the time , out of your meaniful life which obviously they don’t have . Don’t let this mislead minority speak for you.

The Rams have talent! Football is won and loss in the trenches. The middle of the “O” line has got to do a better job. I like Leckey and Incognito’s agressiveness but hey have to make better reads and hold their blocks a little longer. Goldberg is better suited for tackle where hes done a good job this season, but Bell has got o get back soon. On “D” the blitz is not getting there leaving the DBs one on one to long and they are getting beat. Get Johnson and Manning in there and use some exotic blitz packages that actually get to the QB and we’ll be all right!

i have been a ram fan since early 70’s. john hadl was the qb. definetly not a fair weather fan. this is the worst ram team i have ever seen. someone should get the blame for this. this team makes the tony banks rich brooks years look good. do you realize we are giving up an ave. of 350 yds passing a game and 150 yds rushing. not only do we not have any talent on defense but the guys dont know what thier doing out there. have u seen all these recievers wide open and our guys standing around saying i thought u had him.haslet and linehan should be fired immediately. but it definitely goes further up, whoever evaluates are talent should also be fired.tye hill bust, fakir brown, bust, pisa bust, hall bust, draft bust, bartell bust, drew bennet big money bust, even if our o-line was healthy name me one of these guys except pace and he is old who will ever see a pro bowl.but here is the bright spot how bout that kicking game. donnie and josh are pro bowl material. i am going to dvr the ram games and fast foward to the kicking situations. oh yeah add dante hall to my bust list.hang in there ram fans i feel your pain hopefully it wont be another 11 straight losing years like it was before the superbowl win.

I have been a Rams fan since the 1950’s and have suffered through many losing seasons. When the Rams left Los Angeles I felt sorry for the fans in St Louis, especially in light of the fact they were charging them the Personal Seat License fee. Much to my surprise along came Kurt Warner, etc., and for a very few years we had a real football team. I knew it couldn’t last, especially given the management of the Rams which has stayed in place for a long time (John Shaw).

I wish the team luck but now St Louis knows how all of us felt for so many years in LA.
