Sunny, warm in Philly

PHILADELPHIA — The heavy rain and high wind that lashed Philly on Saturday has cleared out, and the weather is great. Cloudless sky, high at kickoff expected to be 80 degrees. Some serious tailgating is taking place outside the stadium.
Temple and UConn played on the grass field here Saturday, during the storm. The turf shows some signs of wear, but overall it looks to be in pretty decent shape.
Here are the Rams inactives: Brock Berlin (3rd QB), WR Donnie Avery (knee injury), RB Brian Leonard (shoulder injury), S Brannon Condren, LB David Vobora, G Roy Schuening, T/G John Greco, and DE Eric Moore.
