As the Rams resume practice today, the only player not participating fully is cornerback Tye Hill, who is recovering from knee surgery. Hill ran on the side during the two-hour workout at the indoor facility.

Just four weeks after breaking a bone in his foot, linebacker Chris Draft is back, and it looks as if he’ll have a significant role Sunday at Arizona. Draft is working with the special-teams units and also with the first-team defense at middle linebacker. Rookie Chris Chamberlain is getting some first-team snaps at strongside linebacker.

Also, Steven Jackson, Orlando Pace and Marc Bulger don’t appear to be having any physical problems.

All for now . . . more after practice.

Im impressed with the players eagerness to get back on the field after injury. That indicates their desire to play for and help Hasslet retain his job. I think the Rams should retain the coaching staff. Otherwise it could be the third OC in 3 years for the offense and they are strugling more than the D right now. A coaching change would set all young players back as far as learning a scheme. Retaining the staff should allow them to grow as players. I hope we get to see Chamberlin play from scrimmage on Sunday.

so what happened with Vobora at MLB? I thought he did pretty good in his first NFL start. Gawd I wish this coaching staff would make up their freaking mends and play the youngsters…can’t do any worse than the vets and at least we’ll know what he have.

This is the worst organization in all of pro sports as far as evaluating talent, with the possible exception of the Lions.
