The St. Louis Rams’ rookies, quarterback and selected veterans will report back to Rams Park on July 29 for training camp and hold two practices on July 30. The rest of the team will report July 30, and the squad will hold its first full practice July 31.

St. Louis Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo said the first five days of the camp would be ”definitely a bear.”

“Typically, if you don’t come in shape and in the right frame of mind, you run the risk of getting injured and not being up to speed for what we’re tying to do,” he said Wednesday. “After that, it doesn’t get that much easier but it tends to thin out a little and they’re able to survive.”

He expects to hold two-a-days, preferably during the day, for most of camp, with just a few night practices sprinkled in. He added however, but added that weather could change the schedule.

Some practices will be open to the public, but the schedule has not been set.

I say we sign Vick to an incentive laced deal. Use him only in the wildcat formation(imagine him, S.Jackson and speedy Avery, hell even Karney sometimes, Don’t know who would get the ball), and throw him out there at WR some plays to make the defence think a little harder of what might come. Is he a QB to run the offence “NO”. But is a very talented athlete that could reak havoc on opposing defences under the above circumstances.( If he is allowed to play this year)

Hers is my bid at GM for the Rams. I don’t know how much cap room is left but sign WR Buress, WR Porter, QB/Wildcat M. Vick, and SLB Washington and you significantly up grade your skill positions and shore up a pressing need at SLB. Im just saying. Playoffs?

Hey LARambunctous29 and CraZyRAM, Any other stupid moves you’d like to make? What’s with all the old, washed up and/or troubled players? Anyone you’d like to talk out of retirement or sign from the penal system? And hey, double-a, why don’t you shut your mouth. And denzell, looks like you could have used an education while you walked past your high school. What’s the matter, none of it soak in. IDIOTS!
