Rams add LB Paris Lenon, WR Ruvell Martin
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
The St. Louis Rams will have at least two new players on the practice field this week. According to league sources, the team has agreed to terms with linebacker Paris Lenon and wide receiver Ruvell Martin.
Lenon and Martin were among six players who worked out and/or took physicals Tuesday at Rams Park. Lenon was in New England’s camp this summer, and was a three-year starter for Detroit from 2006 through 2008. Martin has spent his previous three NFL seasons with Green Bay, recording 52 catches for 749 yards and six TDs over that span.

Who? I don’t know much about either guy. Is Paris Lenon going to give the team more than Draft? I am behind my team all the way, just starting to wonder about some of the moves the FO has made lately.
Who did the Rams release to make room for these guys?
Martin gives that big WR we’ve been looking for. 6′ 4″ • 220 lbs!
Who’s getting cut? My guess is Roach and Eric Young.
We will surely get basket from philly cause of shumurs` previous experience or maybe tyree
I’m telling you ruvell martin is going to be great….this guy is coming from a loaded wide reciever core were he didn’t get touches he is the real deal….good grab
Good luck to Ruvell! I was sad to see the Packers let him go, he was a great guy too, calling the guy who made it over him and congratulating him. At least he will have another friendly face there in Ruvell.
Let’s keep adding. End solution has got to be better as we continue on the right path back to greatness. Add, add, ADD !!!! Go Rams Go Chazzz
Yes it looks like Green Bay loved Ruvell but the receiving core was loaded with probowl starters and high draft picks. All the media clips showed the GM and coaches saying what a painful decision it was to let him go. Looks like he was best friends with aaron rodgers. In 07 he had 16 catches with 4 of them being touchdowns - not to shabby.
Yeah, I think Rodgers and him were best friends, even as just a fan it was really tough to see him go. Hes a very good player, but just like you said the Pack are deep at WR, I think he will be a very good fit for the Rams.
