93-yard Colts drive puts finishing touch on lopsided win
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
For good measure, the Colts have marched 93 yards for another touchdown. The Rams helped by committing two penalties on the 11-play drive that took 6:47 off the clock. Peyton Manning hit WR Austin Collie for the score.
Also, the injuries are starting to pile up for the Rams. CB Bradley Fletcher and G Richie Incognito have been forced to the sideline.
The Colts are in front 35-6 with 3 1/2 minutes remaining.

The missed opportunities were frustrating to say the least. The young WR’s need A LOT more preparation!! Yes, I wish the game were closer, for a greater stretch. Just the same, #39SJ certainly did not fail to impress, as did many others that made key plays. I was encouraged to see the Colts have to punt the ball away as many times as they did. At a minimum, the Rams should beat Detroit and Tennessee, with the Texans as another probable win this year. That would yield a better record than last year. With a strong draft and free agency acquisitions, all those close games (e.g.: Washington, Jacksonville) will be W’s in 2010/2011.
Im sorry, but im not feeling the Steven Jackson love. Sure he had big runs in the 2nd half. but in the first half when it really mattered, he was getting 2 yards, every single time he carried the ball.
He is a master at making sure he has solid “stats” by the end of the game by running up the yardage late in a game. I want this guy to carry an offense when it counts.
How about a Mizzou vs Rams matchup?
Oldphart. What a perfect name for such an assine comment.
steve jackson and the defense is fine and well, the rams blew it when they let kurt, bruce, terry go down the road. get bulger out of there he’s a bum
