JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The St. Louis Rams, seeking their first win in a calendar year, are headed into overtime with the Jaguars. After the Jags took a 20-17 lead with 1:53 remaining, the Rams bolted 69 yards in nine plays. They tied 20-20 on Josh Brown’s 27-yard field goal with 4 seconds left.

…and then before O.T. started, the Rams defense just got on the bus and went back to the hotel, right ?

I’m not sure getting a field goal qualifies as “roaring back”. Getting a touchdown to go ahead would be a little more impressive.

And there goes the game! Still winless and as far as I could tell there wasn’t a single person on the offensive sideline trying to fire up the team. I sure saw Holt firing up the Jaguar’s offense. Where is the leader of the offense? Bulger? Good first drive, but other than that you didn’t make much of an impact. Glad to see that Little and Jackson want to make plays and be competitive.
If Spagnuolo knew that the defense was tired and putting up little resistance the entire fourth quarter, maybe he could’ve taken one last shot at the endzone before going for the tie. Who knows, maybe we win. Maybe Bulger throws an INT. At least we wouldn’t have left it up to a coin toss.

Not a sad performance - a sad result. The defense played outstanding, but was on the field too long - TOO MANY 3 AND OUTS again. BS pass interference penalties on 3rd downs.

Right move going after Garrard on the 3rd down play - wrong move not going for TD at end of the game.

dbf - with Bulger at QB I think a coin toss gives us a better chance.

7 seconds and 1 timeout inside the 10 and they don’t go for a shot at the endzone?????????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!! Hey Spags…GROW a pair!!!!

Plenty of time with one timeout. You are 0 and 5. Gee lets play it safe and get into overtime with a dog tired defense. Welcome to 0 and 6 Spags!!!!!

The team plays hard as hell and you fold like a lawn chair at the end, instead of showing your team you are a LEADER. It’s not a guarantee they get the 6 but you have got to LEAD them and say lets get this one NOW!!!!

NEW VERSION DEVIL WENT DOWN TO GEORGIA BY DEL STEWART

Hi Everyone,
Came out with a remake of Devil went down to Georgia by Charlie daniels, This one is by Del Stewart.
The Rams went down to Jacksonville, they were looking for a game to steal, they were in a bind, they were five games behind, the cheerleaders were starting to squeal.
Jaguars came across a tackle wrapping his wrist, after smearing it with Icy Hot

And Rush Limbaugh jumped up on a Gatorade barrel, and said “BOYS let me tell you what
“I’m sure that none of you knew it, but I’m a meth addict too. ” And if you care to take a dare, I can blow it through my nose better than you.
Now you play pretty good defense, JAGs, but give my rams their dues. “I bet a baggie of hash against your stash, cos we bong hit better than you.
The owner said, were the Jaguars, and we think were going to win, will knock you down and stomp on you like a feather in the wind.

Rams you rosin up your gloves and try to cup your nards, Cos the jags broke in to the secondary, chased by Giant hunks of lard.

And when you lose you get this check, and party in the night.

However it doesn’t matter, If your butt is nice and tight

Zero on the scoreboard, the rams can’t score
Bulgers on the bench with a tiny sore

Starting center in the locker room, Picken his teeth,
Granny plays better, hee hee hee
