Rush Limbaugh tells NBC he “loves” football

Rush Limbaugh, as part of his interview with NBC’s Today Show, said the following about his bid to own the Rams as part of a group led by Dave Checketts:

On owning a team:”I love football, I love being close to it. Every year my love for the National Football League grows, for football as a game grows. And, I mean, what a fun thing to do - to have a chance to own part of one?”

On his critics: “They’re gonna go nuts. This is the kind of stuff they’ve been trying to make sure doesn’t happen with me. All this stuff is the mainstreaming of Rush Limbaugh from off this far-right fringe they’ve tried to put me [in]. I just keep tiptoeing into the mainstream. And it just irritates them.”

If the people of this country can not see who rush linbaugh is what, free agent would want to play for a team who owner’s are pull over the wool racist He is only doing this to get pub, so he can somehow twist this to an political view against him don’t be fooled by the one person who tells you it’s raining when he is pissing on your boots………………..

I like Leonard Little’s answer best when it comes to this “we have a lot more to worry about than who owns the team.” Maybe we start worrying about winning before we start worrying what people think of our owner. Anyone remember Al Davis? Yeah he isn’t known for his racial “sensitivity” either.

To all the liberal whiners who have commented or have yet to…

Get a freakin’life! Rush is merely an intelligent entertainer with a political viewpoint, not dangerous, not a racist, not even close. Just a man who has actually made something of himself by hard work. And if you actually did your homework (listened and read up on him) you’d understand.
Look at the people who associate with Rush, Dave Checketts is a perfect example. Do you take him for a crazed right wing racist lunatic by association?

Think. Really try to think. Obama hasn’t legislated it yet.
Unfortunately, I think overall you’d rather whine and have the government do the thinking - and everything else - for you.

Grow up - and be happy. You might even smile someday.

Go Rams! Go Rush!

Like the average person in this world can pick and choose who their boss is or who the owner is much less the company they work for. If players want to play and get paid, they’ll play football. This crap is so overplayed.

The stupidity of some of you cretons amazes me. I have personally searched the internet for hours to find the so-called “racist” remarks of Rush Limbaugh. Nonsense and bull waste. O’reilly put his entire sraff to work doing research and they came up with zilch, zero, zip, nada. There are no sources for any of the racist remarks. He never said them. Hundreds have tried to find any record of them, and cannot do so. If ANY of the statements were true there wpould have been instant and numerous newspaper and TV reports . They would have become the most famous and widely known comments in the universe.–(Don’t try to quote the McNabb crap. That had nothing to do with racism. It was about the media desire for “political correctness”) —- Any idiot can write a list of crap and put it on the internet and then watch it get repeated a hundred thousand times. That does NOT make it true. The libs hate Rush because he exposes their fraud. As usual the solution they choose is to demonize their opposition. Just like they destroyed the three women that Clinton raped and abused. They just make stuff up because they know there are enough stupid sap dopey democrats out there who will just suck in all the garbage they can print. I know this is like peeing against the wind. Some of you are so stupid that no amount of facts will ever make a difference. If social commentary on the criminal element in the NFL means the accuser is a racist, then count me in. I dare you to list all the players for even the past 10 years and put their rap sheets alongside their names. Finally, in the last few years the NFL has made a true effort to clean it up — finally. The great and high quality human beings in the NFL don’t want those blood and crips types in the league either.

This ridiculous hyperbole about Rush is a joke. We have many more concerns about this team than the ownership…………And yes……Liberals are infantile whiners.

The Post-Dispatch is a racist organization. It’s writers are clearly racist, as they are injecting race-baiting into a situation with absolutely no reason. Their only purpose is indulging in their own political bias. The Post believes that promoting racial hatred in hopes of scoring some political cheap shots is a good policy, and they never miss an opportunity to do it.

Can’t find info on the internet about Rush being a racist? Did you look?
In 1 search I found this link:

Rush plays to the lowest commen denominator and feeds them his line of BS. However, it is not his fault, his goal is to make money and he is successful at it. So good for him. However, he is no different then Al and Jesse. They all exist because of each other. So can we all here agree that each of the them is honestly wrong for the country and move on?

I want the Rams here and am willing to support them even if a moronic blowhard owns them. I just hope that there aren’t talented players that refuse to come here because of what he does, which is honestly just an act.
