Bulger-to-Avery pulls Rams into 7-7 tie

QB Marc Bulger’s second throw into the end zone ended up a lot better than his first for the St. Louis Rams. This time, Bulger’s pinpoint toss found WR Donnie Avery in the left corner for a 29-yard touchdown. RB Steven Jackson carried three times for 29 yards on the eight-play, 75-yard drive.
With 9:23 left in the first half, it’s 7-7.
