Lions WR Johnson won’t play against Rams

DETROIT – The St. Louis Rams have gotten their first break of the day: Wide receiver Calvin Johnson, who has been fighting a knee injury, won’t suit up for the Lions. Johnson is among the Detroit inactives.
For the Rams, Brandon Gibson is in and Tim Carter is out at WR.
