Rams rally, trail 21-13 in fourth quarter
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
The St. Louis Rams have scrambled back, making it a one-score game on one of the stranger scoring drives of the season. The Rams took possession when S James Butler recovered a fumble at the Arizona 44-yard line. It took the Rams 12 plays and 4:47 to cover the distance, Steven Jackson scoring on a 1-yard plunge that trimmed the Cardinals lead to 21-13 with 7:08 to go.
During the march, the Rams were three-for-three on fourth-down conversions. The first was accomplished on a defensive holding call, the second on a rugged 2-yard run by Jackson, and the third on a stunning catch by WR Danny Amendola for a 25-yard gain to the 1-yard line on fourth-and-11.
