Local booksellers offer summer picks
Like to have a bookseller recommend a great beach read? Here’s a whole ‘nuther list to add to our summer book story that runs in print on Sunday (May 24). Most of these are fiction (shows where book lovers’ hearts lie, I guess).

Hi! Just wondered why no mass market books are featured? Recently, Debbie Macomber was in town and there was no coverage of her autograph party in west county. There was a big crowd and she’s a wonderful author who sells millions of books - hardcover and mass market. Her visit to St. Louis definitely deserved to be covered by our only newspaper.
Hello Ms. Hendersen: Nice posting here and interesting article in the P-D this weekend. I am wondering how to get my novel, YOU’RE NEVER TOO OLD FOR SPACE CAMP, mentioned in the Post. Does it have to be a part of a bookseller notice or can I send a press release to you directly?
