Stellar lineup of authors + Hulk Hogan = Spit take . . .
All the greats.
Eoin Colfer…Deepak Chopra…Anita Diamant…Hulk Hogan
Small correction: According to Left Bank’s website, the Sherman Alexie talk is on November 12.
The St. Louis Public Library is hosting Hulk Hogan…book signing only!
Yes, as it says: this is a list of authors coming to St. Louis. Not all are at bookstore.
And yes, as posted earlier: Hulk Hogan will be at the Library. Left Bank must be selling the books.
Re: date for Alexie: I have confirmed with bookstore that he will be in St. Louis on Nov. 11 (Mad Art Gallery). Alexie’s website says he will be at Drury University on Nov. 12.
So impressive. I had no idea that Hulk Hogan could actually write.
Hulk Hogan is about as relevant as Chopra is.
Excellent line-up. I love mysteries so will be interested in Sara Paretsky. I also am a big fan of Timothy Egan, an excellent writer from the northwest. Have enjoyed both his non-fiction and fiction, so will be looking forward to reading something new from him. Question: Is Andy Williams the singer or some other person with the same name? If it’s the entertainer, I’d be curious to see what he has to say about his time in Branson. Anyway, anything that encourages people to read and buy books is great!
Left Bank is the best!
Yes, it’s “Moon River” Andy Williams.
And Timothy Egan is a very respected writer. His book about the dust bowl won a National Book Award. His next book is about Teddy Roosevelt and the “fire that saved America.” It comes out in October: “The Big Burn.”
