I think that before U-City gets everyone all excited, that they better get a green light from St. Louis County, who owns and maintains the street, and also U-City will need to think about losing the revenue from the on-street parking, because if there’s a trolley down the middle of Delmar, I can guarantee there won’t be enough room for parking and traffic, and the Trolley….
$50 million just to enhance Joe Edwards part of town? Me thinks not. That money could be put to better use elsewhere in the area.
Instead of Clang, Clang, Clang of the trolley you can count on Bang, Bang, Bang of the street gangs in that neighborhood.
