Emerson sells joint venture manufacturer
Emerson and Crane Co. announced Tuesday their sale of a joint venture industrial products manufacturer.
Stamford, Conn.,-based Crane reported after-tax cash proceeds of $33 million on the sale of Industrial Motion Control LLC, to DE-STA-CO, owned by Dover Corp.
Ferguson-based Emerson declined to disclose details of the transaction but spokesman Mark Polzin said it held 51 percent ownership of the company.
