Whole Foods in Town and Country to open in June
Whole Foods Market plans to open its Town and Country store in June, earlier than its previous expectation of this summer.
The 55,000 square-foot store, located in Town and Country Crossing at the southwest corner of Clayton and Woods Mill roads, is the St. Louis area’s second location. The first store is at 1601 South Brentwood Boulevard in Brentwood.
Last week, Whole Foods said it would be closing the Wild Oats store at 8823 Ladue Road in Ladue on April 13. Whole Foods, which bought the Wild Oats chain last year, said it had offered the Ladue store’s employees positions at either the Brentwood or Town and Country locations.
