Furniture Brands sells Hickory Business Furniture unit

Furniture Brands International Inc. this morning announced that it has agreed to sell its Hickory Business Furniture unit to HNI Corp. for $75 million.
The all-cash sale should be completed in the first quarter, Clayton-based Furniture Brands said.
