GM taps John Dansby as Wentzville plant manager

John Dansby will become the new plant manager at General Motor Corp.’s Wentzville assembly plant, effective Oct. 1. He is currently manager at GM’s Pontiac (Mich.) assembly plant, which will close in the fourth quarter.
Dansby will replace the current manager Rex Blackwell, who will become plant manager at GM’s assembly plant in Fairfax, Kan., effective Oct. 1.
