Retirement benefits firms merge
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
Benefit Plans Plus and Qualified Plan Services say they have merged to form the second-largest locally-owned firm providing third-party administration for company retirement plans.
The combined firm will operate under the Benefit Plans Plus brand and have offices in St. Louis and Highland.
