Missouri, Illinois taxpayers could claim $73 million

The Internal Revenue Services says Missouri and Illinois taxpayers who failed to file tax returns for 2004 could claim nearly $73 million if they file by April 15.

The unclaimed returns average $608 in Illinois and $527 in Missouri.
