Former Warren County man sentenced to life in prison for sex crimes

Bruce B. Cofer Jr., 53, formerly of Warren County, already was serving a 15-year prison sentence for two counts of statutory rape. Now, a judge has sentenced him to a consecutive life sentence for crimes against another victim that dated back to 1988.

Prosecutors filed the new charges in February.
