Home improvement grant seminars offered in O’Fallon

Low- to moderate-income homeowners in O’Fallon may be interested in applying for no-interest home improvement loans through a city’s community development grant program.

Free seminars about the program will be held at 9 a.m. Jan 8 and 3 p.m. April 14. Aplications will be accepted at O’Fallon City Hall Feb. 2 through May 29.

The up-to-$5,000 loans may be used for home repairs and to correct code violations. For more information, call Jessica Hawkins at 636-379-5411.
