Frenchtown Museum hosts exhibit on “summer fun from the past”

Photos and other memorabilia of picnics, county fairs, horse shows, baseball teams and other summer events from years past in St. Charles County are on display this month at the Frenchtown Heritage Museum and Research Center.

The exhibit, “Summer Fun from the Past” goes as far back as the 19th century.

The museum, at 1121 North Second Street in St. Charles, is open from noon to 3 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. For more information or to set up a group tour, call Dorothy Boshears at 636-946-8682 or 636-724-2106.
