O’Fallon planning recycling campaign and fees for bag tags

Jim Wenzara, O’Fallon’s director of environmental services, says he expects rates charged to residents for trash and recycling collection will rise in the future if more residents don’t start recycling.

UPDATE: Re-elected O’Fallon Councilman Rick Lucas fined for violating campaign finance rules

UPDATE: O’Fallon Councilman Rick Lucas paid his $980 fine last week and is now eligible to be sworn in.
