Snubbed sewer contractor says O’Fallon making ‘wrong’ choice

On Thursday night, O’Fallon city officials are expected to award a $1.7 million contract for upgrades to the city’s sewer and water plant to a St. Louis County company that submitted the second-lowest bid.
