Will you spend the ‘Night Out’ in St. Charles?

Next Wednesday, St. Charles will hold its annual “St. Charles Night Out” celebration across town.
It will start a 7 p.m., and city officials are encouraging folks to mingle with their neighbors and police officers at block parties throughout the city.
