Still no sign of Robert Lowery Jr. at O’Fallon City Hall

I’m sitting here in the audience at the start of O’Fallon’s twice-monthly City Council meeting, and City Administrator Robert Lowery Jr. is still persona non grata.
Lowery’s name plate has been removed from the dias, and Assistant City Administrator Greg Smothers…
