Remember that garage fire Shane Anthony blogged about last Friday?

It was arson, say police. And a 21-year-old woman from O’Fallon is accused of torching her car inside her garage while her ex-boyfriend and his girlfriend were asleep in the basement of the home where she paid rent.

Authorities say the man moved to the basement after he and Dodt broke up, and she let him stay there because he had nowhere to go.
