More St. Louis arts presenters are picking up on Internet marketing techniques: it’s not just Eddie Silva’s SLSO blog anymore.

This came in the morning’s e-mail, from Cathedral Concerts: a link to a brief YouTube video. It shows the informally clad Suspicious Cheese Lords — who’ll be singing at the Cathedral Basilica tomorrow (Friday) night — rehearsing a lovely, understated piece, “Eficacia de la Paciencia.” It’s a smart sales technique: a free sample that shows the group not in performance, but informally clad for a rehearsal.
