The Dodgers’ Manny Ramirez kept his postseason hitting streak alive with his double off Chris Carpenter in the bottom of the fourth.

Ramirez had a hit in all eight postseason games for the Dodgers last year when he hit .520 in the playoffs.

He hasn’t hit a home run since Sept. 9 but made good contact on his ball to the left-field corner. Andre Ethier, who was on first after a two-out single, could only advance to third on the hit. Carpenter walked James Loney to load the bases.

Carpenter got out of the jam when Casey Blake lined out to right.
