Metropolitan Opera HD performances continue 11/22
The Met’s highly successful series of live high definition opera broadcasts continues on Saturday at noon with Hector Berlioz’s “La Damnation de Faust (The Damnation of Faust),” in a new high-tech production by Robert LePage. The production is led by music director James Levine; the superb mezzo-soprano Susan Graham stars opposite tenor Marcello Giordani in the title role and John Relyea as Méphistophélès.
The Met broadcasts can be seen at an assortment of geographically diverse theaters, including the Hett in Lebanon, Illinois, the St. Louis Art Museum, and St. Louis Mills. For more information, visit the Met’s homepage:
